The 1883 Reserve lineup features a curated range of Napa Valley wines — each named for the iconic wildlife that roams the Yellowstone landscape. The Bison — 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
- The flagship of the collection and a multiple award-winner, including Platinum and Best in Class honors. Bold and structured, with notes of black cherry, blackberry, and plum layered with toasted oak, dried currant, and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and a long, polished finish make this a classic expression of Napa Cabernet at its finest.
The Bear — 2019 Red Wine Blend, Napa Valley

Fairwinds Estate Winery holds a singular place in American viticulture — established as the 4th winery in Napa Valley following Prohibition, nestled in the hillside off the Silverado Trail in Napa's northern reaches.

In an unforgettable act of patriotism, the firefighters of Engine 559 rescued the American flag from the flames and returned it the following day — a symbol of resilience that now flies proudly above the property as Fairwinds rebuilds.
